Area leads to send a draft track agenda to the group before next week
Each of the pathways chairs solicit abstracts for "what have I done since the workshop", "alumni session", each chair solicits and selects
Train the trainer for computational thinking workshops track
Consider gathering local teachers for a sat/sun presentation on computational thinking - Laura to lead this with Stephanie, Bonnie and TomL
General schedule structure
- 4-5p networking downtime
- 90 minute blocks or 120 minute blocks

- Plenary sessions each morning
- 7a-8a; 8-9:30 plenary; 10-11:30; 11:30-12:30p lunch; 12:30-2p; 2p-2:30p; 2:30p-4p; 4p-5:30p
- Which days/times do we need the airwall moved in the plenary room? Every day.
Curriculum fair on Saturday evening - need a leader, Charlie will contact Masa.
Booth - Henry and Kay are leading, they'll talk to Charlie about their needs.

Decision making

Consensus, with lots of discussion. Important to have good minutes and willingness to re-visit items as more information is known. There was a significant amount of conversation about this which I was unable to capture for the minutes.
