- Each of the pathways chairs solicit abstracts for "what have I done since the workshop", "alumni session", each chair solicits and selects
- Train the trainer for computational thinking workshops track
- Consider gathering local teachers for a sat/sun presentation on computational thinking - Laura to lead this with Stephanie, Bonnie and TomL
- General schedule structure
- 4-5p networking downtime
- 90 minute blocks or 120 minute blocks

- Plenary sessions each morning

- Which days/times do we need the airwall moved in the plenary room? Every day.
- Curriculum fair on Saturday evening - need a leader, Charlie will contact Masa.
- Booth - Henry and Kay are leading, they'll talk to Charlie about their needs.
- Marketing!!! - Bob and Henry's lists, each workshop participant should receive an email
Conference networking
- WiFi in the rooms, mostly wired in the plenary, speakers all wireline
Workshops
- Cancel florida, consider filling-in with a something just for Stephanie's school on a future date.
- 29 and waiting on 4 for Arkansas
- 40 and waiting on most for OU
Decision making
- Consensus, with lots of discussion. Important to have good minutes and willingness to re-visit items as more information is known. There was a significant amount of conversation about this which I was unable to capture for the minutes.
